Under Mark’s leadership since 2008, SharkNinja has evolved from a modest home appliance company into a product innovation powerhouse with $4 billion in annual revenue in 2023, serving hundreds of millions of consumers across 32 international markets and 33 product categories. Mark rallies the company’s 3,000+ associates behind a steadfast commitment to delivering innovation, quality, and value for consumers through every single SharkNinja product. His bold growth strategy is fueled by an unwavering focus on consumer insights and a 24/7 product innovation cycle expertly choreographed by designers, engineers, and strategists across the globe.

Throughout his 16-year tenure, Mark has orchestrated a series of moves to expand and accelerate the business, including taking the company’s former parent public on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2017 and listing SharkNinja on the New York Stock Exchange in 2023. His pioneering vision advances the company’s mission to positively impact people’s lives every day in every home around the world.

Mark’s philosophy of “Outrageously Extraordinary” defines SharkNinja’s culture, promoting fearless exploration and ambitious risk-taking. This ethos not only encourages exceptional performance but also attracts top-tier talent as SharkNinja strives to remain at the cutting edge of its industry.

That same ethos also drives Mark’s dedication to philanthropy, sustainability, and inclusion. In SharkNinja’s first ESG Report, Mark unveiled the company’s Positive Impact Plan, which sets ambitious commitments on circular economy and repairability requirements, 100% renewable electricity (Scope 2) usage in 2025 and pay equity and opportunities for all associates regardless of race, gender, ethnicity, or other characteristics. Mark also proudly serves on the Board of the JCC of Greater Boston.

Prior to SharkNinja, Mark held leadership roles at Aramark Uniform and Broder Bros Co and is a distinguished alum of the University of Michigan.

Mark Rosenzweig

Mark Rosenzweig founded SharkNinja in 1997 in Montreal, Canada, and entered the United States market in 1998. He is enthusiastic about developing innovative products that better the lives of consumers. In 2003, Mark spearheaded efforts to tap into Direct Response Television and became the face of SharkNinja, demonstrating firsthand the quality and efficiency of SharkNinja products.

Mark has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Art in Economics from Wharton School of Business.

Neil Shah

Neil Shah was named EVP, Chief Commercial Officer in 2018 and provides global leadership to the Sales, Analytics, and Marketing organization.

Neil joined SharkNinja in October 2007 as the Manager of Sales Planning and Analysis; Neil has held various leadership roles within Strategic Sales & Marketing. Prior to joining SharkNinja, Neil held several positions within The Holmes Group, including Category Manager for the Wal-Mart business, and Senior Analyst, Sales and Operations, for the Jarden Consumer Solutions business.

Neil received his Bachelor of Commerce and his Master of Commerce in Statistics and Accounting from H.A. College of Commerce at Gujarat University in India. He holds a Master of Business Administration in Management from McCallum Graduate School of Business at Bentley College.

Patraic Reagan

Patraic Reagan oversees SharkNinja’s financial strategies and leads the company’s global finance organization, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, tax, internal audit, and investor relations.

Patraic joins SharkNinja with over two decades of relevant experience. Most recently, Mr. Reagan served as the Chief Financial Officer of Nike Inc.’s Asia, Pacific, and Latin America segment, where he helped drive consecutive years of strong revenue growth, and EBIT expansion that outpaced revenue while accelerating investment in key areas. Over his 13-year career with Nike, Patraic also served as the Global VP of Business Planning and was the CFO of Nike’s Direct-to-Consumer business in EMEA. Prior to Nike, Mr. Reagan held financial positions of increasing responsibility at roles with Coach Inc. (now Tapestry Inc), Polo Ralph Lauren Corporation, Kraft Foods and Chiquita Brands International.

Patraic holds an MBA from The Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and BBA’s in Finance and Accounting from The Carl H. Lindner College of Business at the University of Cincinnati. 

Pedro J. Lopez-Baldrich

Pedro J. Lopez-Baldrich joined SharkNinja as EVP, Chief Legal Officer in 2018, bringing a wealth of global experience managing business, legal, operational, intellectual property, and executive management teams within both public and private companies. He is honored to work with an amazingly talented legal team comprised of business first attorneys who are passionate in the business outcomes and achieving 5 Star product reviews. 

Pedro J. has held roles as CEO and General Counsel of Clean Diesel Technologies, General Counsel and VP of Operations at Patagonia, and Associate GC at Burton Snowboards. Pedro J. currently serves on the Board of Directors for Tech Goes Home – nonprofit dedicated to addressing digital inequalities.

Pedro J. holds a BS/BA in International Business from Drake University, a Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law, and an LL.M. from Georgetown University Law Center.

Ross Richardson

Joining SharkNinja in 2015, Ross Richardson currently serves as our Chief Design Officer. Ross directs a global team of Mechanical and Product Design Engineers, Industrial Designers, NPI, and R&D professionals across 3 continents and time zones on the design and delivery for all Shark and Ninja products.

Prior to joining SharkNinja, Ross held management roles at Hoover Candy, Jigsaw Design Solutions Ltd, and FTL Subsea.

Ross holds a BEng degree in Product Design Engineering from Glasgow School of Art and The University of Glasgow.

Kim Smolko

Kim Smolko, our EVP, Global Operations, is obsessed with delivering extraordinary consumer value and experience. She leads her team to deliver best-in-class service at the lowest cost across all aspects of Global Operations, including Demand & Supply Planning, New Product Flawless Execution, Order Management, Logistics, Sourcing & Indirect Procurement, Consumer Experience, and Sustainability.

Kim joined us in 2021 from Energizer Holdings where she was Vice President, Global Supply Chain. Prior to that, Kim was with SC Johnson for 21 years, holding leadership roles across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Research & Development.

Kim holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University and a Master of Business Administration from Marquette University.

Adam Petrick

Adam Petrick is SharkNinja’s Chief Marketing Officer. In his role, Adam leads all aspects of marketing globally, including strategy, branding, creative and new product development.

With over 24 years of experience, Adam is a recognized brand and marketing strategist, most recently serving as the Global Chief Brand Officer at PUMA, one of the most recognizable brands in the world. During his two decades with the company, he guided the total marketing strategy across 86 markets and was instrumental in the brand’s growth in revenue. In 2023, Adam was named to the Vogue Business 100 Innovators list as a Tech and Web3 Innovator.

Adam holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theater and English from the University of Pennsylvania.

Elizabeth Norberg

Elizabeth Norberg is the Chief People Officer for SharkNinja, Inc. As a key member of the executive leadership team, she leads all aspects of the People & Culture organization globally, overseeing the development and execution of strategies that continuously help to amplify SharkNinja’s culture of customer-centric innovation.

Elizabeth brings over 25 years of unique experience to SharkNinja, having worked in retail, professional services, restaurants, entertainment, hospitality, real estate, and healthcare. She joined SharkNinja in September 2023 from Foot-Locker, where she served as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, responsible for corporate communications, human resources and the people strategy for over 45,000 associates in over 27 countries. Prior to joining Foot-Locker, she held executive leadership roles at Loews Hotels & Co, RLH Corporation, Dolce Hotels & Resorts, Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., and Northwell Health.

Elizabeth is graduate of Colorado State University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.

Purvin Shah

As EVP, Global Product Development- Ninja, Purvin Shah is responsible for overseeing Quality, Marketing, Consumer Insights, Program Management, and Manufacturing for all Ninja Products.

Purvin joined SharkNinja in August 2012. He has held roles including Senior Quality Engineer, Senior Quality Director, VP of Quality and Consumer Insights, and most recently SVP- Ninja. Prior to SharkNinja, Purvin was at Cello Pack Corporation.

Purvin studied Mechatronics and Engineering at Sardar Patel University and holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University at Buffalo.

Anthony Marra

Anthony Marra is SharkNinja’s EVP, Global Product Development – Shark, and leads the development and introduction of all Shark cleaning, beauty, home environment, and robot products. Additionally, Anthony’s organization is responsible for Product Reliability, Process Quality & Manufacturing, Testing & Validation, Consumer Insights, Program Management, and Safety & Compliance.

Anthony joined SharkNinja in September 2008 as a Quality Engineer, and then rejoined the company in 2014 serving as Vice President of Quality – Shark and then SVP of Product Development. Prior to SharkNinja, Anthony worked for ITW North American Metal Fasteners and NGK Spark Plugs USA.

Anthony holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and has certificates in management and leading innovation from Columbia University and Harvard University.

Velia Carboni

Velia joined SharkNinja in April 2024 from VF Corporation, where she was the Executive Vice President and Chief Digital Technology Officer responsible for the integration of world-class digital capabilities across all aspects of the company’s business, including VF, its brands and functions globally. Velia joined VF in early 2018, following a 24-year career at Fidelity Investments where she held various senior leadership positions. She left Fidelity as the SVP of Mobile and Emerging Platforms, where she spearheaded mobile product development strategies that drove revenue growth, client satisfaction and brand awareness. Velia has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Boston University. 

Adam Rodgers

Adam Rodgers, SVP, General Manager-North America Retail, is responsible for leading all North America Sales, Sales Strategy, Customer P&L, and Trade Marketing to ensure we drive profitable revenue and market share growth across retail customers in all channels.

Adam joined us from Packable where he was the Chief Commercial Officer and led the strategic planning and execution of their eCommerce Marketplace revenue. Previously, he was with Reckitt Benckiser Inc. for 24 years in sales leadership roles.

Adam earned his Bachelor of Science from University of Durham.

Tom Brown

Tom Brown joined SharkNinja as President of the UK & Europe in 2022.  His key strategic priorities are to develop existing product categories, diversity into new categories, and expand the business into new EU Countries establishing Shark & Ninja as household names renowned for positively impacting people’s lives every day.  

Tom joined us from GN (Jabra, Steelseries, Beltone & ReSound), where he led the Global Sales Organization across EMEA, North America, LATAM, China and APAC.  Prior, Tom held Leadership positions at TomTom, Kenwood, Sony, and House of Frasier.

Tom has a BA Hons from the University of Portsmouth, and also attended University of Oxford for post-baccalaureate Business Studies, as well as Manchester Business School.
