True Edge Tuesday with Noah Weinstock

An explorer at heart and a relentless problem-solver by trade, Noah doesn’t just meet expectations—he redefines them. On the Frozen Treats Advanced Development team, he challenges assumptions, rapidly builds and refines prototypes, and transforms bold ideas into breakthrough product experiences that delight consumers.
Meet Noah Weinstock, a Senior Product Design Engineer on the Frozen Treats Advanced Development team, where he’s been driving innovation for over five years. With a background in mechanical engineering and a business minor from Northeastern University, Noah has led a wide range of projects from concept to execution—from immersion blenders to the Ninja Swirl ice cream maker—bringing bold ideas to life and redefining what’s possible at SharkNinja. Raised in the Boston area with roots in New York, Noah brings curiosity, energy, and a passion for user-centered design to everything he touches.
"My natural reaction to questions like ‘is it possible to...’ or ‘can you make....’ is yes, because I am excited to take on challenges, eager to find solutions, and love to flex the creative side of my brain to achieve the impossible."
"Spotting the smoke on day one means less fire on day one hundred."
"Everyone here is on a similar wavelength when it comes to efficiency, creativity, and the right amount of crazy which makes cross functional collaboration seamless."
Outrageously Extraordinary in Action
When the team hit a major pivot point, many saw a setback, but Noah saw an opportunity to innovate. During the Ninja Swirl project, he tackled the challenge of switching from an automatic to a hand-powered system due to strategic design adjustments.
While others saw risk to the user experience, Noah saw potential. Within five days, he built over ten distinct prototype models covering everything from handle design to user interface and internal mechanics to test the impact of the new approach. His rapid, hands-on work enabled the team to gather real-world consumer feedback and make an informed, confident product decision.
Known for jumping into any project, even those outside his own scope, Noah consistently sets a high bar and drives toward the extraordinary. Whether enabling fast-paced development, building strong cross-functional partnerships, or wowing a room with visionary demos, he brings deep product knowledge, infectious energy, and a fearless “Why not us?” mentality to every challenge.
Hear from Noah
What does it mean to be Outrageously Extraordinary (OE)?
To be outrageously extraordinary is to push everything past its limit. When something is “complete,” ask yourself, “how can this be better?” And when something is “better,” ask yourself, “how can this be the best it can be?” And when something is….you get it.
True Edge is described as “a key principle of the OE mindset, combining vigilance, innovative insight, and strategic solutions to create a competitive advantage that is exceptionally hard to replicate.”
What’s your True Edge, or what are you working to build?
While I am technically on the Advanced Development team and work with a “blue sky mindset,” I consistently stick with my projects through the New Product Development cycle and in some cases have led all the way through to the Technology Readiness Assessment. This gives me invaluable insights into watchouts, reoccurring issues, and general pain points that occur later on in the product development cycle. Spotting all of this smoke at day one of a project means less fire on day 100. I am able to implement solutions to problems that haven’t even appeared yet, which increases the success rate of a project through the AD cycle, NPD cycle, and on shelves.
Can you share examples of how you live OE?
I’ve been told many times here that I don’t say “no” enough but that is just me living OE. My natural reaction to questions like “is it possible to…” or “can you make….” is yes, because I am excited to take on challenges, eager to find solutions, and love to flex the creative side of my brain to achieve the impossible.
What makes working at SharkNinja special?
100% the people. Everyone here is on a similar wavelength when it comes to efficiency, creativity, and the right amount of crazy, which makes cross functional collaboration seamless. I’ve made some incredible friends here and actually enjoy coming into work because of that, which is not something many people can say.
Please join us in congratulating Noah for being this week's True Edge Tuesday!
