We will collect, store, process, use, disclose and transfer your Personal Data to be able to identify you, and provide you with a smooth customer experience. The processing of your Personal Data will comply with the applicable privacy legislation and rely on the legal basis set out in this section. Where we rely on our legitimate interests, we will only do so to the extent that your own interests or fundamental rights do not override our interests.

  • As part of procurement operations, and to comply with our obligations in terms of anti-corruption, we may also have to consult public registers to verify that your company or its legal representatives are not subject to prosecution or of criminal convictions.

Children

Our products and our websites are not designed for children. If we become aware that we have collected personal information (as defined by the United States Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act) from children, we take every reasonable effort to delete such data.

Do we sell your Personal Data?
