Philanthropy
and Community Partnerships

Since 2020, we have donated almost $2.5 million to non-profits in North America, UK and China.

Supporting our communities
where we live and work

We support a range of charities and good causes through cash donations to non-profit organizations, associate volunteerism, product donations and matching gifts.

Community
Partnerships

Our giving is focused on key areas:

• Jobs and opportunities

• Health and well-being

• STEM education

Associate
Volunteerism

Through SharkNinja Cares, we give associates one day of paid time off a year to volunteer at a not-for- profit organization of their choice.

Matching
Gifts

We offer matching gifts for associate charitable donations up to $500 per year.

2023 Community Partnerships

Community Cooks

In 2022, SharkNinja partnered with Community Cooks, a local Boston nonprofit, where to convert excess food from the Ninja Test Kitchen in Needham, MA, into meals for local charities serving those in need. The donations provide essential nourishment to individuals facing food insecurity  while reducing waste within our organization. We’ve donated more than 1,600 pounds of excess food since 2022.

Boston Children’s Hospital Corporate Cup

Since 2016, SharkNinja has sponsored and sent a team to participate in the Boston Corporate Cup, an afternoon of field-day events and friendly competition among the business community, all with the goal of raising money to provide lifesaving care to sick children. We also support the Community Asthma Initiative, a comprehensive asthma program for children, families and the community. In 2023, we donated 150 Shark vacuums with HEPA air filters for a total of 650 vacuums since 2016.

IntoUniversity

We partner with IntoUniversity, a UK-based nonprofit organization that supports young people from disadvantaged neighborhoods to attain their chosen aspirations, including further and higher education, employment and work-based training. In October 2023, the London office hosted a group of students aged 17-18 to apply their critical thinking to design solutions to make commuting to work easier for designers carrying product prototypes.
