In Pursuit of the Extraordinary: SharkNinja’s 2024 Environmental, Social and Governance Report

At SharkNinja, our mission is to positively impact people’s lives, every day, in every home around the world. As a fast-growing global product design and technology company, we are driven by a relentless pursuit of the Outrageously Extraordinary — pushing boundaries to deliver world-class innovation, breakthrough solutions, and exceptional experiences for our consumers.
Today, we’re pleased to announce our second annual Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Report, In Pursuit of the Extraordinary, which highlights the meaningful progress we’re making across our business and value chain to advance our environmental and social performance. This work reflects our commitment to creating long-term value for our consumers, investors, communities, and the planet we all share.
We believe our responsibility, and our opportunity, to improve lives extends beyond our products. We are committed to contributing to the greater good of all our stakeholders. In 2024, we made great strides under our Positive Impact Plan, our framework for pursuing our mission with purpose and sustainability at the core. Key achievements under our three pillars in 2024 include:
