Meet Kim!
Kim Lamoureux, a Program Manager at SharkNinja, serves on the Legacy Business Management team for Corded and Robots. Originally from Maynard, MA, she earned her undergraduate degree from UMass Amherst’s Isenberg School of Management and later completed a Master of Science in Project and Program Management at Brandeis University. Approaching her third year at SharkNinja, she is excited to continue contributing to the team’s success.

In just one week, she spearheaded the kickoff of over 10 new robot models, ensuring they stay on track for launch—turning ambitious timelines into OE schedules with unmatched speed and determination. She rejected the status quo, throwing the traditional Legacy Business Management (LBM) playbook out the window to find innovative ways to achieve what seemed impossible. Her ability to work independently and take ownership has led to tremendous growth, allowing her to navigate challenges and push the Robot business forward.
Kimberly’s leadership extends beyond execution—she is constantly seeking new ways to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the Corded and Robot programs. By leading by example and empowering the team, she ensures support is provided where it’s needed most, driving programs forward. Her commitment to clear, concise, and impactful communication fosters strong relationships and keeps everyone aligned with program goals.

To me, being Outrageously Extraordinary is about staying true to who you are and fueling your passion to constantly reach for greatness.

What’s your True Edge, or what are you working to build?
My true edge as a Program Manager lies in identifying strategic solutions and ensuring the team remains aligned with product objectives. As a lifelong learner, I am constantly striving to improve myself and lead by driving innovation, always seeking new and better ways to enhance the team’s performance and outcomes.
Can you share examples of how you live “OE”?
One of my key goals has been to step into a mentorship role where I can empower other program managers by sharing the tools and methods that my team has successfully implemented. Through collaboration with cross-functional partners, I have developed and refined procedures, addressed scheduling challenges, and successfully worked together to overcome roadblocks.
