When a key component in our robot vacuums was causing unpredictable issues, problems our lab tests couldn’t fully recreate, Raghav stepped up. Driven by curiosity, he collaborated across teams to develop a large-scale, around-the-clock testing program. The data collected helped identify the root cause, leading to a fix that made the feature far more reliable in everyday use. This effort highlights how Raghav’s persistence and cross-team collaboration embody the OE mindset, turning complex challenges into consumer-focused solutions.

What does it mean to be Outrageously Extraordinary (OE)?
To me, being Outrageously Extraordinary is about never settling. It’s about always being curious, always learning, and always pushing myself to find better answers. Every day, I look for ways to become a stronger version of myself — and that drive fuels the extraordinary outcomes we aim for.

My True Edge is the way I combine deep technical knowledge with a mindset of constant improvement, and a passion for cross-team collaboration. I believe the best solutions come from connecting different perspectives, so I invest time in learning from other teams and working closely with them to solve complex problems together. I’m always thinking about what’s next — spotting opportunities, building smarter systems, and creating solutions that not only meet today’s needs, but help set us up for the future.
Can you share examples of how you live OE?
I make it a point to learn from teams beyond my own, so I can see the full picture and help solve bigger problems. I love working with others to bring clarity to our goals and find new ways to push the boundaries of what’s possible — whether it’s creating smarter testing frameworks or making our workflows faster and more efficient.
