Women’s History Month is in full swing, and International Women’s Day (IWD) is fast approaching.

We are proud to have WeLead, SharkNinja’s women in engineering employee resource group, working across the company globally to engage and support women in their engineering and product –focused careers. This month, they are spearheading a series of inspiring events designed to educate, connect, and empower our team members, as well as spending time in the community to mentor and volunteer. This year, we are coming together under the global IWD theme Accelerate Action, highlighting the incredible impact of women and the collective progress we can achieve when we work together for a more equitable tomorrow.

Across our offices, teams are hosting a variety of initiatives that reflect our commitment to empowering women and fostering inclusivity and growth. From meaningful discussions strengthening communication and connection in APAC, to innovation workshops at the Harris Girls Academy in London and volunteering with Dignity Matters outside of Boston, our teams are engaging across SharkNinja and in their local communities. Additionally, wellness activities and branding workshops will provide opportunities for professional and personal growth.
